Other Documents

On request copies of immunisation evidence as well as a "Führungszeugnis" (German equivalence to Criminal Records Bureau - Disclosure) will be sent to you.

Payment

The pay rates per hour are as follows: Negotiable
Short- and long term locum (> 4 weeks): Negotiable

Agreement

Once I have accepted an appointment through a locum agency I will take the necessary steps to fulfil my appointment.
Once I have accepted an appointment directly by you I will ask you to send me a contract and its copy with signature, date of signature and stamp or seal of the hospital/trust. I will return the contract completed with my signature, date and stamp, and retain the copy. You can use the hospital's/trust's own contract or print mine.

Cancellation

The hospital/trust is entitled to cancel an appointment with a notice of no less than 8 calendar days before the start of employment.

I myself will not cancel an appointment unless illness, death, circumstances due to higher forces or an adverse local condition preventing me from doing the locum job occur.
